General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Aotea Gas & Garden. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

All prices listed are in NZD and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed at the time of order.

Orders & Payments

Orders can be made online through our website. Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery, unless otherwise arranged for approved wholesale accounts.

Cylinder Swap System

Customers must provide an empty approved cylinder to swap for a filled one.

Cylinder Rental (45kg only)

New or additional 45kg cylinders incur an annual rental fee of $75 (inc gst) each payable in advance. Please contact us directly to arrange initial or additional cylinders.

Delivery

Delivery is available for 45kg cylinders only, within approved service areas. Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days. Customers must ensure safe access for the driver and provide the empty cylinder for swap.

Liability

Customers are responsible for maintaining gas compliance at your premises, ensuring compliance certification (if required)  is forwarded to us in a timely manner, and  that all cylinders are stored on concrete base.

Safety

All customers must follow safety guidelines for transport, storage and handling of LPG. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
