Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days after order. Delivery available for 45kg cylinders only. Cylinders must be easily accessible for our driver. All cylinders must be stored on concrete base.

Click & Collect

Cylinders will be available for collection 24 hours after order. Collect anytime from the depot.

Returns

For safety reasons, gas cylinders cannot be returned once they have left our yard. Faulty cylinders will be assessed and replaced at our discretion. If an incorrect product is supplied, please contact us immediately to arrange resolution.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where required by New Zealand consumer law. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
